How much have we, Colombians, progressed towards reconciliation since the agreement that ended the armed conflict between the state and the FARC? What can we do to advance towards peaceful coexistence based on social inclusion, recognition of differences, and the consolidation of institutions? Reconciliation: Experiences in Colombia and the World addresses these questions and seeks to understand other contexts of transitioning from war to peace. Furthermore, it provides diverse perspectives from the Colombian reality and analyzes data from the USAID and ACDI/VOCA Reconciliation Barometer to comprehend the role of women in the post-conflict era, the relationship between justice and peace, and the connections between reconciliation and trust.
