In this chapter, we describe the endgame of the negotiation process between FARC and the Colombian government. We argue that the endgame began in September 2015 with the signing of the partial accord on victims and transitional justice (Mesa de Conversaciones 2015). We suggest that this accord was the final and most important turning point of the peace process, providing a solution to the dilemma between the search for peace and the need to serve justice.
