Nicky Armstrong
London School of Economics and Political Science
Nicky Armstrong is the Communications Manager at the Centre for Women, Peace and Security and on the Gender, Justice and Security Hub. She designs the Hub and Centre’s communications structures, the communication principles and standards and works to visualise research for broader audiences. Nicky has a background in graphic design and international relations, using the theories across both disciplines to inform her ongoing research around communications and popular culture. Her current work explores visual communication and methods when framed around social issues and the role of the communicator and cultural producer in advocacy campaigning.
