Viyanga Gunasekera
Viyanga Gunasekera is a Researcher at the International Centre for Ethnic Studies in Sri Lanka. She has an MPhil in Psychology from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. Her ongoing research involves land ownership and women’s empowerment; pathways to grassroots women’s representation in politics; social inclusion and exclusion; reimagining vulnerability in the Covid-19 context; and wellbeing of vulnerable groups of people, in Sri Lanka.
