Dr Loraine J Bacchus Bacchus
Loraine is an Associate Professor of Social Science at the London School of Hygiene u0026 Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), based in the Department of Global Health and Development. Within the hub, the cross-cutting methodological innovation stream aims to create innovative research methodologies for the peace and security sectors, that improve the conceptualisation and measurement of violence, gender, inequality and health in conflict-affected settings. It also seeks to improve the research capacity of local researchers working in this field. At LSHTM, Loraine co-directs an NIHR Global Health Group on Health System Reponses to Violence Against Women.
