United Nations’ Team of Experts on Rule of Law/Sexual Violence in Conflict (TOE)

A national of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Innocent is the Head of the United Nations’ Team of Experts on Rule of Law/Sexual Violence in Conflict (TOE), in the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary General (SRSG) for Sexual Violence in Conflict, New York. The TOE provides technical assistance to national authorities in strengthening the rule of law, with the aim of ensuring accountability for perpetrators of conflict-related sexual violence.
