Hernando José Castro Palma
Hernando is a Colombian lawyer with a minor in Economics, who holds a Masters in Economic Law and a Postgraduate Degree in Electricity and Gas Regulation. Hernando has experience on the analysis and development of regulatory and public governance proposals in the water, energy and telecommunications sectors, on issues related to the impact of Covid-19 on gender gaps in Colombia, decentralisation, water governance, and competition law. He has had the opportunity to participate in projects whose final clients were the National Ombudsman Office, the National Planning Department, the Federal Economic Competition Commission of Mexico, among others. He is a professor of public utilities at the Universidad del Rosario.
