Roshmi Goswami is a feminist human rights activist and independent researcher known for her pioneering work on women in conflict situations in India. She is Governing Board member of the US based Urgent Action Fund; bureau member of South Asians For Human Rights; founder member of the National Alliance of Women (NAWO); Working Group member of the Asia Pacific Women’s Alliance on Peace and Security (APWAPS). She was a Program Officer with the Ford Foundation, New Delhi and is presently an advisory committee member for the Foundation’s Global work on Violence Against Women & Girls.
