Dr Michelle Callander

Michelle Callander is the International Strategy and Partnerships Manager for the Hub. Michelle joined LSE following a role at the Commonwealth Secretariat, where she was delivering an education and youth development initiative to promote interfaith and intercultural understanding within Commonwealth member countries. Beginning her career as a researcher and research manager, Michelle spent several years in the Australian civil service managing education initiatives to improve outcomes for vulnerable and disengaged learners. She has a Master’s in Public Policy and Management and a PhD from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and a Master’s in Education from La Trobe University, Australia.
