Dancan Muhanguzi

Dancan Muhanguzi is a MICA Team Member with Makerere University college of Humanities and Social Sciences. His focus is to coordinate a collaborative action research entitled Beyond War Compensation: Gender Justice, Livelihood and Land Rights in Northern Uganda between Makerere University and Amani Institute Uganda in Gulu. The project engages a variety of actors in Northern Uganda on the question of what works in terms of addressing post war justice, thereby bringing about social cohesion and addressing intractable development challenges of achieving gender justice and inclusive security in conflict affected states.
